I wasn't fully happy with the moonstone ring I made yesterday -on top in my index finger, so I tweaked a little more today, by adding some tiny silver and copper bubbles on the bezel and also making it double shank instead of a single band. It now turned out to be quite a statement that finally made me satisfied.
Other things that I'm working on now are made out of amber chips, inspired by something my mom showed me off via Skype yesterday, which was bright red cherry amber necklace, such a juicy red tone like a pomegranate, oh it was so pretty!
I will shortly post the new amber (yellow) creations, when done.
昨日仕上げたムーンストーンリング(一番上の人差し指)の出来がいまいちだったので、今日またいじってました。今度はベゼル部分にシルバーと銅の小さな玉を加え、バンド部分は二連に。なかなか存在感が増し、やっと満足。
そして他にも今取りかかっているのは、琥珀を使ったもの。というのも、昨日Skypeで母に見せびらかされた真っ赤なチェリーアンバー(赤琥珀)のネックレスにインスパイアされ、、、。ほんとにざくろのような瑞々しい赤。綺麗だったな。
今作ってるのは普通の黄色の色合いですが、出来次第また載せようと思います。
