After the Rain

It rained again on Friday.

The series of heavy rains and storms have been helping California out of the severe drought.

Since I moved to Southern California, I've learnt to appreciate the rain as much as the sun.

I saw a nice looking table today at Anthropologie.

How interesting is this? Some kind of rustic vintage poles or stands holding a piece of wooden board. That's it. So simple but perfectly functional and awesome looking. This place is full of ideas as always.

金曜日はまた雨でした。

昨今頻発しているどしゃ降りや嵐のおかげでどうやらカリフォルニアの干ばつが少し和らいできているとのこと。南カリフォルニアに引っ越してきてからというもの、お日様もありがたいけど、雨のありがたさが身に染みるようになったものです。

今日はAnthropologieで素敵なテーブルを見かけた。

味のあるビンテージの、柱なのかスタンドなのか分からないけれど、板を支えてる、というそれだけの造りなのに、テーブルとして成り立ってるし、なんともいいかんじ。いつもながら、アイデア溢れるお店なのでした。
