Capistrano Beach

This weekend's beach destination was Capistrano Beach in Dana Point, located 30 minutes driving from Irvine. This is definitely one of the least crowded beaches in Southern California. The waves were so calm and foamy. It was quite mesmerizing.

The wind was pretty strong and chilly. Something was lying on the sand, turned out to be just a big chunk of seaweed instead of some kind of marine corpse, thank goodness! It made a pretty pattern whenever the water was drawn back.

The sun disappears so quickly once it starts sinking.

Goodbye weekend!
