The hotel entrance was surrounded by this exotic large flower called passiflora aka passion flower that
I wasn't familiar with. I wonder if it related to passion fruit also.
I love discovering native plants and flowers, apparently this one is all over the US but
this was my first time noticing after 14 years!
ホテルの入り口はこのエキゾチックな大ぶりなお花に覆われていました。
パッシフローラ、またの名をパッションフラワーというらしいです。初めて見る花。
パッションフルーツに関係あるんでしょうか？
その土地その土地に自生する植物や花に出会うのは楽しいものです。
このお花はアメリカ中で見られるらしいのですが、なんとも、気づくのに14年もかかって
しまいました・・。
Now stopping by Monterey and Carmel at the end of the trip,
one more time before heading back home.
さて、旅の終わりにモントレーとカーメルに立ち寄りました。
出発前にいまいちど。
The beach was so calm, starting to fog that means
no sunset, but such a beautiful dreamy sight it is.
