Went to a book store today and found these books that are now on my wishlist.
It's never too early to start designing for our dream home, right?

Selina Lake's blog is also super cute with full of inspiration too.

For apartment, I might like a new modern place better but for a house,
I definitely prefer something old and warm.


今日は本屋さんに行き、こんな本を見つけました。ほしいものリスト行き～。
夢のマイホームのデザインにとりかかるのに早すぎるってことはないのです。

セリナ・レイクさんのブログもインスピレーションいっぱいでかわいい。

賃貸だと新しくてモダンなとこの方がいいかもだけど、お家、となると
ほどほど古くて温かみのあるかんじがいいかな。

With these thoughts in my head, I enjoyed caramel latte at Cafe Du Monde
and this very Californian sunset on the way home.


そんな妄想に耽りつつ、カフェ・デゥ・モンデでキャラメルラテを啜り、
とってもカリフォルニアンなこの夕焼けを眺めながら帰宅しました。

Long Labradorite Green Blue or Pink Yellow Gold Cluster Earrings

Named after the main source for this gemstone, Labrador, Canada,labradorite is
such an inspiring stone. The base tone is dark gray but it gives off strong flashes
ranging from red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple depending on the stone.

Labradorite is said to be good to wear during vulnarable growth stages and intense
transitions.

Green blue version is topped with peridot, turquoise, rock crystal, moonstone &
mystic green quartz.

Pink yellow version is topped with freshwater pearl, rock crystal, citrine,
pink tourmaline and andalusite. 


この石の原産地、カナダのラブラドールに因んで名づけられたラブラドライトは
本当にインスピレーションの塊みたいな石。下地はダークグレーと地味なのに、
石によって赤、オレンジ、黄色、緑、青、紫に渡る強い光を発する。

そんなラブラドライト、傷つきやすい成長過程や極度の過渡期に着けるとよいといわれます。

グリーンブルーの方はペリドット、トルコ石、ロッククリスタル、ムーンストーン、
ミスティックグリーンクオーツとの組み合わせ。

ピンクイエローの方は、淡水パール、ロッククリスタル、シトリン、ピンクトルマリン、
アンダルーサイト（紅柱石）との組み合わせ。

New Cut Stones for Rings!

 

I received the package today that I was expecting so badly.
I feel so lucky that the seller of these beautiful gemstones likes my jewelry and offered me a trade this time.
Woohoo!

Familiar stones and a few very unique stones like backside coated topaz, pyrite mixed iolite, and bi-color sunstone.
Also unique shaped tourmaline, ruby, sapphires, aquamarine, etc, etc.
Love such surprises she includes in the parcel with a personal touch of descriptive notes. 
Makes me smile. 
 
And... another parcel will be arriving soon.

今日は首を長くして待っていた郵便が届きました。
幸運にも、この美しい石達を売ってくれた女性は私のジュエリーが好きだということで、今回は物々交換を申し出てくれたのでした。
ヤッタ！

お馴染みの石達の中に、後ろ側がコーティングされてるトパーズや、アイオライトにパイライトがミックスされた石、バイカラーのサンストーンなどの変わった石が数点。面白い形のトルマリンやルビー、サファイア、アクアマリンなども。こんなサプライズに加え、ぎっしりと詳細が書かれたノート付という温かみもありがたい。ついつい頬が緩んでしまう。

そして、、、もうひとつ待っている小包があるのです。
