New Double Strand Bracelets

 

 

 

 

 

 

New metallic materlals arrived and here are the fresh creations out of them.

The unique one-of-a-kind bracelet on the top is made out of mixed metals of 14kt gold filled and sterling silver, accented with chrysoprase, moonstone and freshwater pearl. And the bottom one is sterling silver with small copper beads, dainty and heavy combination. I enjoy creating the designs that are a mixture of casual and dressy, soft and hard, warm tone and cold tone. Sometimes getting these things all balanced in my eyes takes much longer than I wish...!

 

新しいメタル素材が届いたので、早速仕上げた作品たちです。

上の一点ものブレスレットは14金ゴールドフィルとスターリングシルバーのミックスメタルスタイルで、クリスプレーズ、ムーンストーンと淡水パールで装飾を加えました。下のブレスレットは、小さな銅のビーズ付きのスターリングシルバー製で、繊細なかんじとヘビーなかんじを組み合わせてみました。カジュアル＆ドレッシー、ソフト＆ハード、暖色＆寒色をミックスしながらデザインしていくのが醍醐味。自分的にその均衡が取れたな、と思えるまでがなかなか時間がかかりすぎることがあるのですが・・。
