Nature's Contrast

 

 

Everblooming Bougainvillea and Statice versus short-blooming Wisteria.

Only a few flower clusters were found in these wisteria trees last weekend but it seemed to have passed the blooming peak already. What a quick cycle! They were mainly white instead of purple this year.

 

一年中咲いてるブーゲンビリアとスターチス vs 短命の藤。

先週末は、木に数房しか見当たらなかった藤の花は、もうすでにピークを過ぎたようなかんじでした。なんともサイクルの早いこと。今年は紫よりも白が目立ちます。

 

 

 

Here's the mourning dove that has returned to my patio recently after the long absence. - not sure if it's the same guy or not.. Hello there. Despite the pretty face, it surely sounds like "mourning".. This one displays green on the neck so it's a male.

 

長期不在の後に再び我が家のベランダにリターン、のナゲキバト。同じ子かどうか不明ながら。ハロー。かわいい顔して、鳴き声はまさに、悲しげに「嘆いてる」かんじ。首が緑なのでこの子は雄のようです。
