Recent Work

 

 

 

After using up my last tube of solder paste a while ago, I somehow went back to soldering chips. And wow, coming back to paste again makes such a difference! I didn't realize how much time could be saved with this thing. Definitely made the soldering job much funner and easier than before.

Good experience, good realization.

 

 

So, here are some recent work.

Another quartz & larimar bracelet was made per request since the original one went on hold by the other customer.

You see these framed earrings? I've been having so much fun creating them.

Snowy Akoya pearls gave the rustic silver link bracelet a bit elegant holiday feel.

 

And made two bezel pendant necklaces yesterday.

Moonstone went well but it took some time to finalize blue topaz, it was tricky!

ロウ付けに使うねり銀ロウのチューブを使い切ってしまってから、何を思ってか、板状のロウを細かくカットしたものをしばらく使っていたのですが、そこからまたねり銀ロウに戻るとその違いに愕然！こんなに時間節減できるとは。以前に増して、ロウ付け作業が楽しく、簡単に感じるようになりました。

よい経験、よい発見。

 

 

 

というわけで、最近の作品たちを。

クオーツ&ラリマーのブレスレットはオリジナルのがお取り置きになり、別のご依頼が入って作成した二点目。

イヤリングの枠作りもなかなか楽しいです。

その下のシルバーリングブレスレットにはあこやパールを添えて、ちょっぴりエレガントでホリデーな雰囲気になりました。

 

そして昨日仕上げたベゼルペンダント二点。

ムーンストーンはスムーズに行ったのに、ブルートパーズは難航の末、完成！
