レッドベルベットカップケーキ

 

 

The look of cupcake is so cute but I always thought it's way too sweet for my taste, especially the icing is. One day I saw a yummy looking cupcake and thought that I should try it once. Since then I crave for it once in a while. Homemade cupcakes are always the best!! This red velvet cupcake was made by the woman who's planning to open her own bakery in town in near future. Her sweets are one of the best I've ever had. I can't wait for her to launch the shop! 

 

カップケーキって、とってもかわいいなあと前から思っていたのですが、なんといっても甘すぎ。特に上の部分が、、、となんとなく敬遠していました。 が、ある日あまりに美味しそうなので試してみることに。それ以来、時々食べたいと思うようになりました。やっぱり手作りが一番。このレッドベルベットカップケーキは、近々お店をオープンする予定だという女性作。彼女の他のお菓子たちも、絶品。ショップオープンの日が待ち遠しいです。
